Still working on the bed. The mattress is foam and I don't think foam was even invented in Victorian times...lol!

My husband just completed this wooden headboard and footboard for a Victorian bed that he made from a kit.

The itty bitty rug in needlepoint, made from yarn and cotton embroidery thread. I will add some fringe around the edges. I'm still working on this rug.

The tiny red rug I made in needlepoint from cotton embroidery thread.

A small rug for one of the bedrooms. It's made from yarn and I am adding fringe along the edges.

Another rug I am making in needlepoint for one of the rooms. This was yarn that changed colors, so I thought it would make an interesting rug.
A rug made from a small piece of material. We searched in stores looking for small fringe to add around the edges, but couldn't find any, so we decided on this size and will trim the fringes to dollhouse scale size.

A small bedroom still being worked on.

The kitchen.

Middle floor room, maybe a bathroom or a small bedroom.

Bottom floor hallway, with a small rug I made in needlepoint.

The top floor hallway. We used the same wallpaper in all the hallways from the top of the house down to the bottom floor. I wonder if other people do this or do they change the paper on each floor?

Getting ready for the wallpaper.

He wallpapered over the windows!

The rooms are waiting to be wallpapered.

There is real copper flashing on the bay windows.

THE DOLLHOUSE

The dollhouse was made by my husband from a kit. It looks so real!
